This year we got our first real Christmas Tree and it smells wonderful. I picked out a small one because the bigger ones just seemed so imposing to me. This one is cute and Liz and I had so much fun picking out our trees at the Louisiana Nursery. It was a hard decision but once I saw my little 4 and half footer and I knew it was the one. Liz picked out a very pretty one too which I will ge to see at her spaghetti dinner on Friday night. With her eye for decorating I'm sure it's very pretty. I kept mine pretty simple and I opted for colored lights instead of white. Colored lights are more festive to me. I wrapped presents and listened to Christmas music....it was very relaxing. I love to wrap presents. I like the cutting and folding and fitting and putting the bows and ribbons on. I still have more to wrap but they aren't here yet because I bought them online. Cant wait!
