Lane is sick

Lane is sick so I'm letting her do pretty much whatever she wants today. She had a very high fever this morning and a very fast heartbeat so I took her right the dr. He said its a "flu like" virus. The fever causes the fast heart beat. No strep though thank goodness. It's only 11:30 and she's changed her outfit three times, had candy, soda, chic fil a and a new toy. (the current outfit is a mesh of two different outfits) Whatever makes her happy today goes. (within reason) She did ask to see Monte Dog...the min pin that Gerald's parents have.....in Mississippi.

Shiny on the other hand is just drooling away, cutting her two bottom teeth, happy as can be

Latest with the kiddos

We went to wal mart today and it was pretty cold so I put Lane's hat on but she chose the sunglasses and fur coat. Someone at wal mart said she looks like she belongs in Hollywood. That wasn't what I was going for but after I looked at her I laughed because she did kind of look like that.

Mispronunciation

I love the way Lane talks. She's certainly not as clear speaking as some two year olds but easier to understand than some I guess. Although I guess most moms understand their own kids particular "language". Two of my favorite words are spee-ewt (spoon) and mee-oolk (milk). I don't bother to correct her. She
