Sweet Home Alabama

I took a little road trip over the weekend to visit some ol' friends from New York City who were visiting their families in Clio, Alabama - Wesley and Holly Carter. Unfortunately, Paige was not able to go with me I missed not having her wit and sarcasm around. Thursday we went out to the lake and I got beat up tubing and fried from the sun. Friday we worked on Wesley's Suzuki Samari (be sure to check out the picture of the high-tech redneck shade device for working on a carburetor in 100 degree weather) and then had a family gathering at Holly's parents house for her birthday. Had a great time. I know that my blogging is not quite as rivoting as Paige's - sorry 'bout that. I'm just a meat and potatoes, here are the facts, type of guy. - Gerald
