Gerald is sick for the first time in many years. He actually has the flu I think. He has a fever and he's throwing up and a headache and aches all over. He'a as white as a sheet too. SO STAY AWAY from us for at least 48 hours.
This is going to sound really cruel. But now he understands how I feel b/c I am proned to a stomach virus if one is going around. He said," how am I supposed to sleep?" I said you don't, usually you throw up all night until you are past the point of exhaustion and then you sleep for a LONG time and then your okay. He said that wasn't what he wanted to hear.
Anyway I'm being a good nurse so he will be better in a jiffy. Just hope I don't get it!

Yuck. I hate the flu (not that anyone loves it, but still)... Plus I have this phobia of seeing or hearing people throw up- it's so gross. The one time Troy got food poisoning I had to leave the house and go to Kmart across the street so I wouldn't hear it. Guess I'm not a good nurse, huh?
